Let me walk you through how we'll transform your home together.

Step 1 - Discovery Phase:
Our partnership begins with a "Discovery Call" followed by an in-home consultation.

This is where I learn about your vision, understand your lifestyle needs, and explore your design goals in detail.​


Step 2 - Design Agreement:
After aligning on your project's scope and vision, we'll formalize our partnership with a clear design agreement that

outlines all deliverables and expectations.


Step 3 - Space Documentation:
For remodeling projects, I take detailed measurements of your space, ensuring every design element fits perfectly.

For new construction projects, I collaborate directly with your architect to obtain necessary drawings and specifications.

Step 4 - Concept Development:
Using architectural software, I create detailed 3D visualizations and floor plans that bring your space to life.

These 2 or 3 initial concepts set the creative direction and help you envision the possibilities for your home.


Step 5 - Budget Planning:
Transparency is key - I provide comprehensive preliminary budget estimates based on your selected design concept.

This helps guide decision-making and ensures we maintain alignment with your investment goals throughout the project.

Please note, this is done while working with your selected contractor, as pricing varies between contractors.​


Step 6 - Design Refinement:
Together, we refine the design concepts, incorporating your feedback to perfect every detail until we achieve your ideal space.


Step 7 - Material Selections:
I curate a thoughtful selection of materials, colors, and finishes that align with your vision.

Every specification is documented in detail for your contractor or builder, ensuring precise execution.

Step 8 - Technical Documentation & Plans:
I create permit plans and documentation, ensuring all necessary approvals are in place for construction or remodeling,

depending on your project's requirements.

When necessary, I work with an engineer to ensure our permit plans get approved by the city.
